Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or an advertisement for sale under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Sale is only by way of the registered Agreement for Sale. No statement made here, by us or by anyone acting for us, forms part of any contract unless it is written into that agreement.

Pricing, payment terms and configurations are not published on this site and are discussed in person.

Images, plans and descriptions

All images, renders and plans on this site are artistic impressions and indicative only. Layouts, specifications, amenities and technology systems are at planning stage, may change under approvals, and are described only as designed, planned or targeted.

Where we describe something that has not happened yet — a certification, a facility, a handover date — we say so. Sustainability certifications are stated as IGBC applied for and LEED being pursued. The Machan Resort & Spa, Lake Mulshi is in development.

RERA registration

The project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under number PM1260002601298, valid to 31 December 2030. Project details are available at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. First handovers are targeted for 2028.
