We ask for very little, we use it for one purpose, and we do not sell it. This page explains exactly what happens to what you give us.

Aqua Vie is a development at Lake Mulshi, promoted under MahaRERA registration PM1260002601298. Machan Scapes LLP is the Development Manager and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Our address is Gat No. 151/152, Village Andgaon, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune 412108, Maharashtra, India.
What we collect
One form on this site asks for your details, under “Request a private conversation”. It collects:

When you submit the form we also record how you arrived: the page you landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign identifiers in the link you followed, including advertising click identifiers from Google and Meta. This tells us which of our advertisements or articles brought you here. It does not identify you beyond what you have already typed.
We do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, your gender, your income, your identity documents or your payment details. Please do not send them.
Cookies and measurement
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It is the only measurement tool on the page. There is no advertising pixel and no social media tracker.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser, named _ga and _ga_2B1G2P3E6K. They hold a randomly generated identifier so that repeat visits from the same browser can be counted as one person rather than several. They last up to two years. We use them only in aggregate: how many people came, which page or advertisement brought them, which country they were in, and whether they reached the enquiry form. We do not use them to identify you personally, and we do not combine them with what you type into the form.
Google processes this data as our analytics provider, and Google is itself a controller of some of it under its own terms. Its practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you would rather not be counted, you can install Google's official opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use private browsing. Nothing on this site stops working if you do. We do not currently show a cookie consent banner.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes the technical information that any website receives in order to serve the page and protect it from attack, including your IP address. This is ordinary server operation, not tracking by us.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a private conversation about Aqua Vie. We rely on the consent you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and we will stop.
We will not add you to a newsletter, sell your details, or pass them to third-party brokers or advertisers.
Where it is stored, and who can see it
- Zoho CRM — the form submits directly to Zoho, which stores enquiries on our behalf on its India data centre. Zoho acts on our instructions and does not use your enquiry for its own purposes.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website.
- Google — receives website usage data through Google Analytics, as described above. It does not receive your enquiry.
- Our own team — the people at Machan Scapes LLP and The Machan who handle Aqua Vie enquiries.
That is the complete list. We do not pass enquiries to channel partners, sales agencies or brokers.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for one year from our last contact with you, and then delete it.
If you go on to enter into an agreement with us, the records relating to that agreement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them. That is separate from the enquiry above.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- stop contacting you, and withdraw the consent you gave.
Write to the contact below and we will act on it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries travel encrypted to Zoho. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but we keep access to enquiries limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
